Palatable Partners was established in the early 80’s when quality cheese came on the menu. Now they’ve added specialty dairy, farm house treats, quality pasta, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and amazing rosé (Sarabah Estate Vineyard’s of course) to their repetoire.
